CURBSIDE PICKUP POLICY
We are now offering curbside pickup at our retail store. This service is available Mon-Sat from 10am to 5pm. Closed-Sunday.
To place an order for curbside pickup you must order online and choose the curbside pick up option at check-out.

If placing your order during the hours of 10am to 3pm your order will be ready for pickup within 2 hours. The store will be closed on Sunday so an order placed on that day will be available for pick-up on Monday. A retail store associate will contact you to confirm that your order is available for pick-up. If you place your order outside of our store hours, your order will be available for pick-up by the following business day. Please wait for a store associate to contact you before coming to the store. This ensures that we will have your order ready and waiting for you.
**If you placed a pre-order for Face Masks, and chose Curbside pick up your order will be ready on or before June 18th.
The health and safety of our customers and employees is very important to us so we ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Customers will not be allowed inside our location to browse or shop. Your order will be handed to you by the retail store employee through the door. We ask that once you have picked up your order not to linger in order to limit your contact with our store associates.
Please have your order number ready to give to the store associate for quick and easy pick-up. Please wait for us to contact you for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to the store
Please follow social distancing guidelines of 6 feet or more when encountering store employees or other customers. If a line forms outside please keep your distance from other customers.
Please wear a face covering at all times during your visit per the CDC guidelines. Our store associates will be required to wear a face covering as well.
Our store associates will practice proper hygiene and sanitation after each customer visit.
We are unable to process any payments in either cash or credit card in the store. All payments and orders must be placed online. We are unable to process any store exchanges at this time.
If you have an item that you would like to drop off for return please contact us ahead of time to arrange a time for you to drop off. Please have your return form completed prior to coming in. Please let the store associate know ahead of time if you need a return form so that one can be emailed to you prior to your visit. In order to limit our contact with you, your refund will be processed after you have left. You will receive a confirmation of the refund by email.
