California Native Landscape Workshop Recap

We recently begun hosting workshops and lectures with crafters and creatives. Our most recent one was held over the weekend with Alex Koutzoukis of California Wild Landscape Design. It was really fun learning about how California is one of the most biodiverse areas on the planet and how to apply simple design techniques to keep it that way. Fun Fact California is home to some of the oldest Flora as we missed out on the last Ice Age. The lecture was followed by a tour of the Native Garden that Alex Designed for us and to spy some of the life that is now returning right in this little concrete jungle.
