What is Harveys’ return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges through the Harveys Return Portal within 21 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging included. Returns must be initiated through the Harveys Return Portal to be eligible. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

What is Hassle-Free Returns?
Hassle-Free Returns is an optional add-on available at checkout that makes returning items easier.
When Hassle-Free Returns is selected:

Hassle-Free Returns is available for domestic U.S. orders only and is not eligible for international orders.
Do I need to purchase Hassle-Free Returns to use the return portal?
No. All customers, including international customers, can use the Harveys Return Portal to initiate a return.
Customers who purchase Hassle-Free Returns receive prepaid return shipping. Customers who do not purchase Hassle-Free Returns, including international customers, are responsible for return shipping costs.
Is Hassle-Free Returns insurance?
No. Hassle-Free Returns is not insurance. It is a convenience option that covers return shipping and provides a smoother return experience.
How do I return an item I received as a gift?
If you received an item as a gift, you can start your return through the Harveys Return Portal by selecting “Start a return for a gift.”
You’ll be prompted to enter the order information to initiate the return and follow the steps provided in the portal. Store credit is recommended for gift returns, as it allows for faster processing and immediate use.

Is the Hassle-Free Returns option refundable if I don’t use it?
Hassle-Free Returns is a convenience option that covers return shipping and provides prepaid return labels. Because this service is made available at the time of purchase, the Hassle-Free Returns fee is non-refundable, even if it isn’t used.
How do returns work for international orders?
International customers may still use the Harveys Return Portal to initiate a return within the standard return window. However, Hassle-Free Returns is not available for international orders, and international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Why can’t I return my item in the return portal?
If you’re unable to start a return, it’s usually because:

If you believe your item should be eligible and are still unable to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
What return option should I choose?
We recommend store credit whenever possible. Store credit is processed faster than refunds, avoids bank processing delays, and can be used immediately once issued. Refunds to the original form of payment are available where eligible.
Orders, Shipping & Payments FAQs
Can I cancel an order after purchasing?
We work quickly to get your order ready for shipment. Because of this, cancellations can only be accommodated within a very short window after an order is placed.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Even if your order status shows as “unfulfilled,” it may already be in processing. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated.
Can I change my shipping method after an order has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping method once an order has been placed. This includes changing from a shipped method to in-store pickup.
Please be sure you have selected the correct shipping or pickup option before completing checkout. If you have questions about shipping methods or transit times, we recommend reaching out to us prior to placing your order so we can assist you.
I placed an order already — can I make a change to it?
We are unable to guarantee any changes to orders once they have been placed. This includes cancellations, address changes, or item- or order-level adjustments.
Harveys is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please review all information carefully in your cart and at checkout before placing your order.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
We ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note that processing delays may occur during peak shopping periods or new product launches.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Time will not ship the same business day. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact Customer Service at 877-666-2247 before placing your order so we can help you choose the best shipping method.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
UPS shipments are delivered Monday through Friday only and do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. This includes overnight orders placed on Fridays.
USPS shipments may arrive on Saturdays. National holidays may also impact delivery timelines. If you need assistance selecting a shipping method, please contact Customer Service at 877-666-2247 prior to placing your order.
Shop Pay Installments FAQs
What is Shop Pay Installments?
Shop Pay Installments allows you to split your purchase into four equal, bi-weekly payments with 0% APR, or monthly installment payments, depending on eligibility. There are no hidden or late fees.
Rates from 0–36% APR. Payment options are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by Affirm. Terms and conditions apply.
Which payment methods are accepted with Shop Pay Installments?
For non-interest installment plans, both debit and credit cards are accepted. For interest-bearing installment plans, payments must be made using a debit card.
Can international customers use Shop Pay Installments?
No. Shop Pay Installments is only available to customers with a United States billing address and a U.S. mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses or phone numbers are not eligible.
Is there a spending limit for Shop Pay Installments?
Yes. The maximum order value for Shop Pay Installments is $17,500 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.
Can I use Shop Pay Installments in-store?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments is available at our retail locations. Visit us in store to learn more.
Can I pre-qualify for Shop Pay Installments before visiting the store?
No. Applications for Shop Pay Installments can only be started during a live checkout. In-store applications are quick and provide real-time decisions.
Can I purchase gift cards using Shop Pay Installments?
Gift cards cannot be purchased using Shop Pay Installments. If you’d like to purchase gift cards along with installment-eligible products, you’ll need to place two separate orders.
Are there late fees with Shop Pay Installments?
No. There are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
What happens if I miss an installment payment?
There are no late fees for missed payments. However, late or partial payments may impact your credit score or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. For assistance, please contact Affirm directly.
What happens if I return an order purchased with Shop Pay Installments?
Once your return is processed, the refund amount will be applied to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, and your payment balance will be updated.

If the refund is less than your total balance, your upcoming payments may not change, but you may have fewer payments or a smaller final payment.

If the refund exceeds your remaining balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Interest paid on interest-bearing plans is not refundable.
