Orders & Shipping

Can I cancel an order after purchasing?

We work quickly to get your order ready for shipment. Because of this, cancellations can only be accommodated within a very short window after an order is placed.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Even if your order status shows as “unfulfilled,” it may already be in processing. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated.

I placed an order already. Can I make a change to it?

We are unable to guarantee any changes to orders once they have been placed. This includes cancellations, address changes, or item- or order-level adjustments.

Harveys is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please review all information carefully in your cart and at checkout before placing your order.

If you need assistance with your online cart or checkout, please contact us by phone prior to placing your order or as soon as possible afterward.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note that processing delays may occur during peak shopping periods or new product launches.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Time will not ship the same business day. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact Customer Service at 877-666-2247 before placing your order so we can help you choose the best shipping method.

Do you offer weekend delivery?

UPS shipments are delivered Monday through Friday only and do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. This includes overnight orders placed on Fridays.

USPS shipments may arrive on Saturdays. National holidays may also impact delivery timelines. If you need assistance selecting a shipping method, please contact Customer Service at 877-666-2247 prior to placing your order.

Shop Pay Installments

What is Shop Pay Installments?

Shop Pay Installments allows you to split your purchase into four equal, bi-weekly payments with 0% APR, or monthly installment payments, depending on eligibility. There are no hidden or late fees.

Rates from 0–36% APR. Payment options are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by Affirm. Terms and conditions apply.

Which payment methods are accepted with Shop Pay Installments?

For non-interest installment plans, both debit and credit cards are accepted. For interest-bearing installment plans, payments must be made using a debit card.

Can international customers use Shop Pay Installments?

No. Shop Pay Installments is only available to customers with a United States billing address and a U.S. mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses or phone numbers are not eligible.

 

Can I use Shop Pay Installments in-store?

Yes. Shop Pay Installments is available at our retail locations. Visit us in store to learn more.

Can I purchase gift cards using Shop Pay Installments?

Gift cards cannot be purchased using Shop Pay Installments. If you’d like to purchase gift cards along with installment-eligible products, you’ll need to place two separate orders.

Are there late fees with Shop Pay Installments?

No. There are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What happens if I miss an installment payment?

There are no late fees for missed payments. However, late or partial payments may impact your credit score or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. For assistance, please contact Affirm directly.

What happens if I return an order purchased with Shop Pay Installments?

Once your return is processed, the refund amount will be applied to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, and your payment balance will be updated.

  • If the refund is less than your total balance, your upcoming payments may not change, but you may have fewer payments or a smaller final payment.

  • If the refund exceeds your remaining balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

  • Interest paid on interest-bearing plans is not refundable.
