Shipping Policy

Policy Update 2/16/24

Effective immediately, we are no longer authorized to ship Disney products outside of the United States and Canada. This applies to current stock on our website as well as all future releases.

 

We offer Free Ground Shipping on orders of $50 or more shipping within the continental US.  Oversized items such as Lawn Chairs or other heavy items are excluded from the free shipping offer and will be processed separately from other items on your order. 

Processing Time

For new product releases please allow 5-7 to business days for us to process and ship your orders. During this time we have a high volume of orders and we need extra time to process and prepare them for shipment. We want to make sure your order is perfect. We appreciate your patience. 

Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional fee.

UPS ground* / 4-7 business days
UPS second day air / 2 business days
UPS next day air / 1 business day
International / options will vary

Please be aware that during the Holiday season transit times can be longer.

Orders are shipped during business hours (Mon-Fri only). If you need your item by a certain date please reach out to our customer service team at info@shopharveys.com and they can assist you with selecting the best shipping method.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Please see our returns policy for more information.

In-Store Pick-up

We offer a Free In-store pick-up option for customers that are located within a 40 mile radius of our store. Simply choose In-store pick-up from the shipping methods during check-out. Orders will be available for pick-up in our store for 30 days after the original purchase date. Orders not picked up within 30 days are subject to cancellation. 

 

Processsing Time

For new product releases please allow us 2-4 business days to process your order for pick-up. We will contact you by email to notify you when your order is ready for pick-up. 

Visiting from out of town? If you are not local but are visiting and want to pick up in store, give our customer service a call and we would be happy to arrange that for you.
