We offer Free Ground Shipping on orders of $150 or more within the continental United States.
Please note that oversized or heavy items, including lawn chairs and similar products, are excluded from this offer. These items may ship separately from the rest of your order and will incur additional shipping charges.
Processing Times
During new product releases, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and shipment.
Due to the high volume of orders during launch periods, our team may need a little extra time to carefully prepare each order for shipment. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure your order arrives just right.
Please be aware that during the Holiday season transit times can be longer.
In-Store Pickup
Customers located within a 40-mile radius of our store can enjoy free in-store pickup. Simply select In-store Pickup at checkout.
Please wait until you receive a confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before visiting the store.
Orders will be held for 21 days from the original purchase date. Orders not picked up within that timeframe may be canceled.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the shipment and destination.
For International shipments, additional duties and taxes may apply to your order.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.
However, some of our licensed products are excluded from shipping to certain countries.
Can you ship to a Po Box?
Yes, but please make sure you select a USPS shipping method at checkout. UPS is unable to deliver to a PO Box.
