What is Hassle-Free Returns
Hassle-Free Returns is an optional add-on available at checkout that makes returning items easier.
When Hassle-Free Returns is selected:
- Return shipping is covered
- A prepaid return label is provided in the return portal
- There are no out-of-pocket return shipping costs
Hassle-Free Returns is available for domestic U.S. orders only and is not eligible for international orders.
Do I need to purchase Hassle-Free Returns to use the return portal?
No. All customers, including international customers, can use the Harveys Return Portal to initiate a return.
Customers who purchase Hassle-Free Returns receive prepaid return shipping. Customers who do not purchase Hassle-Free Returns, including international customers, are responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I return an item I received as a gift?
If you received an item as a gift, you can start your return through the Harveys Return Portal by selecting “Start a return for a gift.”
You’ll be prompted to enter the order information to initiate the return and follow the steps provided in the portal. Store credit is recommended for gift returns, as it allows for faster processing and immediate use.

Why can’t I return my item in the return portal?
If you’re unable to start a return, it’s usually because:
- The item is outside the 21-day return window
- The item is marked Final Sale
- The order has already been returned
- The order information entered does not match our records
