Return Policy

Harveys accepts returns through the Harveys Return Portal within 21 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

  • Returns must be initiated through the Harveys Return Portal

Returns sent outside of the portal or beyond the return window may not be accepted.

Store Credit & Refunds

During the return process, customers will be guided to choose a return option.
Store credit is the preferred return method and offers the fastest and most flexible experience.

  • No waiting on bank processing times

  • Immediate access to shop new styles once issued

Refunds to the original form of payment are available where eligible. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued automatically.

Restocking fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund or store credit where applicable.

Return Shipping & Hassle-Free Returns

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless Hassle-Free Returns was selected at checkout. Orders with Hassle-Free Returns include prepaid return shipping at no additional cost.

Hassle-Free Returns is available for domestic U.S. orders only and is not eligible for international orders.

International customers may still use the Harveys Return Portal to initiate a return; however, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Store credit is typically issued faster than refunds and will be available for immediate use once processed.

Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gifts With Purchase

Any complimentary gift with purchase must be returned if one or more qualifying items from the order are returned.
If the complimentary item is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund or store credit.

Gift Cards

Gift cards and electronic gift certificates are non-refundable.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, please start your return by selecting “Start a return for a gift” in the Harveys Return Portal.

You will be prompted to enter the order information to initiate the return and follow the steps provided in the portal. Store credit is recommended for gift returns, as it allows for faster processing and immediate use.

Return Shipping Responsibility

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Harveys is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit and cannot issue refunds or store credit for items lost during return shipment.
