WARRANTY
We design our products with durability and longevity in mind, creating pieces meant to be used and enjoyed for years. While all materials naturally show signs of wear over time, that wear is a reflection of a life well-lived with your HARVEYS bag.
You can feel confident knowing that HARVEYS products are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, with certain exclusions outlined below.
WHAT'S COVERED?
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Issues that arise from the original construction of the product.
Conditions for Coverage
- Items must be unaltered and unmodified
- The issue must be directly related to a manufacturing defect.
If your eligible product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will: repair it at no cost, or replace it (at our discretion).
WHAT'S NOT COVERED?
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Natural aging, including fading, softening, or material breakdown over time.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
OTHER REPAIRS
We can repair some items due to normal wear + tear for a fee.
These types of repairs and the associated fees will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Be sure to include photos of your item so our team can accurately assess the issue and determine coverage.
Step 2
A HARVEYS representative will respond with:
- Warranty coverage details
- A return authorization (if applicable)
- Any repair fees (if applicable)
- An estimated repair time
Step 3
Carefully package your item to ensure it arrives safely, then ship it to us using the provided instructions.
Once received, our skilled team will evaluate and repair your piece with the same attention to detail and craftsmanship that goes into every HARVEYS product.
