WARRANTY
We stand by the quality and durability of every Seatbeltbag we make, and since we’ve been doing that since 1997, that is a guarantee you can stand by.
We build our products to last over extended periods of use, but inevitably everything does eventually wear out. So, when your bags wear out as all things do, you’ll know you’ve gotten the most out of your bag. Harveys branded products covered by this warranty are warrantied against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for certain exclusions identified below.
This warranty applies to select HARVEYS seatbelt accessories only (e.g., bags, wallets, totes, etc...). The warranty does not apply to branded items like pins, patches, shopper totes, face masks, or related accessories. Bags that have embellishments such as patches, embroidery, studs, etc. are subject to partial warranty. Please carefully review the exclusions to confirm whether your product is covered. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate determined upon review on a case by case basis and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
To determine if you have a valid warranty claim please fill out the repair inquiry form below and include a description of the repair needed and include photos. A Harveys representative will get back to you with further instructions. We do require a return authorization for all warranty repairs. Any items received without a pre-authorization will be refused and sent back to the recipient. If you are local and would like to drop your item off at our headquarters for repair please contact customer service for pre-approval and a return authorization before dropping your item off.
NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS
We can repair some items due to normal wear + tear for a fee. These types of repairs and the associated fees will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please complete the repair inquiry form below and include photos. A Harveys representative will get back to you with further instructions.
