Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for a reliable and upbeat Customer Service Representative to support them via email and phone. This role is primarily behind-the-scenes, helping online customers, with some in person interactions with our customers in our retail location.

The Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a dynamic environment. This hybrid role will primarily focus on assisting customers via telephone and email through our website, and also provide support in our retail store as needed. This is a unique opportunity to grow within a creative, community-driven company while gaining experience across multiple facets of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Assist online customers with order inquiries, returns, and product information
  • Support the in-store team with sales, merchandising, and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience
  • Provide feedback and ideas to improve service processes and tools

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others
  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work some weekends and holidays as needed
  • Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

  • In-person only (no remote work)
  • Must be available to work some weekends and holidays
