We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team. This position is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. 


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a retail manager or in a managerial role within a retail environment (minimum of 3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of retail management best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to supervise, motivate, and guide staff towards maximum performance, fostering a positive work environment.
