Release Reservation Terms & Conditions

To participate in Harveys Release Reservation system for a chance to purchase high demand products, you must agree to and abide by these Promotion Terms. 

No purchase necessary to enter. Limit 1 entry per person per item. Must be 18+ at time of entry. The Release Reservation system is open to domestic and International entries. If entry is selected, you have a limited time to purchase the product at the designated price. If you do not pay within the specified time frame you forfeit your entry.

To participate you must have a registered account on shopharveys.com and must be logged in to your account to enter. 

You may only submit one entry per item being offered on the Release Reservation Promotion.The use of automated or programmed methods of entry, multiple identities, multiple email addresses, or any other artifice or device to violate the entry limit are strictly prohibited. Using any of these methods will result in voiding your entry and being disqualified from participating in future Release Reservation promotions. Furthermore, Harveys reserves the right to cancel orders or ban anyone from making future purchases on shopharveys.com for violating the terms and conditions. 

Selections will be made by random drawing. All random drawings will occur on or around the date specified by Harveys for a particular Promotion. 

You will be notified by email if you have been selected to purchase. The email will only be sent once.  It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to check their email account including spam and junk email folders for the results of the drawing. If your entry was selected you will receive the opportunity to purchase the item at the designated price including any applicable shipping charges and taxes by the date and time specified by Harveys. In addition, you are solely responsible for any other unspecified costs in conjunction with the completion of your purchase transaction and acceptance, possession, receipt, and use of the product(s).  You will not be receiving the product itself, but the opportunity to purchase it. You are not required to purchase if selected.
